OPAL Energy Bar App for Lighting Control

The Product

The application connects to the device and stores it for future use. This solution gives our users the ability to manage all their lighting devices through their mobile applications.

The Customer

Our client was OPAL, owned by Florian Schimmel. Communication was good, supported by our weekly meetings. Although some materials from the client were delayed, overall communication remained positive.

The Team

Serdar Bayraktar served as our Scrum Master, and our client acted as the Product Owner.

The work was mainly divided between embedded development and the Flutter side. The team was split into groups of five and two respectively. Five people handled all app development and integrations. Collaboration was effective, particularly during our in-person sessions.

Due to delays in receiving materials from the client, we had to complete the application within a short time frame. We overcame these challenges by managing client needs alongside a tight schedule and maintaining weekly updates with both the client and the team.
